What is it?

It’s as easy as One, Two, TREE!

Our process starts with an Initial Design Meeting ($95). One or more members of our design team will meet with you at your site for a free-wheeling, educational conversation to start creating a vision for your project. We want to hear about your goals and vision, assess your site, identify opportunities, suggest plant species, and brainstorm big ideas. If you’re a DIY-er, that’s great too, feel free to take notes, and we’ll help talk you through your project. Let’s Talk Possibilities!

What Happens Next?

On-site Design Path
For straightforward projects, we are often able to proceed straight to construction for the ideas developed during the Initial Design Meeting (IDM), and leave some of the details (such as surveying and determining critical elevations for earthworks and drainage) to be designed on-site in collaboration with the client during installation.

Full Conceptual Design Path ($300-$3,000)
If your project is more involved and you like the ideas and direction things are going during your IDM, then it’s time for us to get down to detailed planning. We’ll provide you with a price to flesh out your custom design with enough resolution to implement your project successfully at the construction phase. We will schedule a return visit for the detailed site survey and inventory that we will use for our analysis and design, and start producing your design deliverables. Usually this consists of site map drawings, a native/arid-adapted plant palette, as well as a brief written report with analysis.

Once your design deliverables are ready, we will schedule another meeting with you to present your plan and the installation pricing in detail and get your feedback. We will use your feedback to make any minor design revisions, and then we can discuss phasing and schedule a construction start date. That’s it - easy as One, Two, TREE!
